MAXZI The Good Food Cafe and Restaurant is hiring an energetic and skilled applicant for a Sales Coordinator role.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer calls and inquiries, generate sales leads, and assess customer needs.
- Build trusting customer account relationships through open communication and provide accurate, complete information using appropriate tools.
- Meet personal and customer service team sales targets.
- Resolve customer complaints with appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, then follow up to confirm resolution.
- Record customer interactions, process customer accounts, file documents, and follow communication procedures and policies.
- Take extra steps to engage customers.
Skills
- Strong communication skills and fluent English.
- Customer support or client service experience; strong phone handling and active listening.
- Familiarity with SAP and other CRM/ERP systems.
- Customer orientation and adaptability to different customer types.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong communication skills, including phone handling and active listening.
- Familiarity with SAP and other CRM/ERP systems.

- Excellent presentation skills and ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
