Front-of-house supervisor role for subsidiary MAXZI Restaurant and Cafe.
Works with the manager, deputy, and other supervisors to support restaurant operations and may run shifts in their absence.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations, staff training, and team standards.
- Run shifts and follow plans for breaks, changeovers, and table assignments; take on hands-on duties as needed.
- Build cooperative relationships with front-of-house supervisors and support customer satisfaction, sales, and return visits.
- Deliver excellent service and lead and motivate the team to do the same.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, including on food allergens.
- Support hygiene, safety, housekeeping, and personal cleanliness standards.
- Pass customer feedback to management and resolve complaints.
- Remain vigilant against theft of services.
- Attend meetings and relevant training; undertake other assigned duties.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500–3,800 per month.

- Work location is in person.

Requirements
- Deliver customer service in a confident, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly manner.

- Be able to take responsibility for running shifts during the manager or deputy's absence.
