Job responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities for smooth and timely execution.
- Update and maintain accurate, complete operational data and records in SAP.
- Prepare and maintain reports and trackers.
- Maintain documentation and provide timely reporting to the Operations Manager.
- Monitor timelines, follow up on outstanding activities, and support process improvements.
Required qualifications and skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills, with good attention to detail.
- Freshers with good skills may apply.
Work arrangement
- Full-time role; work is in person.
