Role Overview
Sales Coordinator – Fresher position with SEED Graphics Design LLC in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi.
The role supports client coordination, quotation preparation, follow-ups, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and send quotations based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, sales, production, and other departments.
- Handle client calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Make cold calls and generate new business leads.
- Maintain customer and sales records using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into orders.
- Assist with daily sales administration and coordination tasks.
- Coordinate internal teams to execute client requirements smoothly.
- Maintain records of quotations, inquiries, and client communications.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is required.
- Candidates should be able to prepare quotations and maintain records.
- Confidence handling client calls and cold calls is required.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills are required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are required.
- Experience in signage, printing, branding, advertising, or fit-out is advantageous.
- A valid UAE driving licence is advantageous.

Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 3,500 per month.
