Oversee daily production activities at a company producing signage, advertising materials, kiosks, and interior fit-outs.
Manage production teams, materials, and manpower while maintaining quality and meeting project deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Supervise production work for signage, kiosk fabrication, advertising materials, and interior fit-outs; plan schedules against project requirements and deadlines.
- Allocate manpower, materials, machinery, and other resources; monitor progress and manage multiple production jobs.
- Supervise carpenters, fabricators, welders, painters, machine operators, and other production workers.
- Coordinate with Operations, Design, Estimation, Procurement, and Installation teams; coordinate material availability with suppliers and procurement.
- Review technical drawings, production specifications, and job requirements before production starts.
- Control material use and waste; monitor quality against approved drawings and client requirements.
- Identify delays, technical issues, and manpower challenges and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain production records, daily reports, manpower allocations, and material consumption details.
- Maintain machinery, tools, and equipment; monitor safe operation, workplace safety, housekeeping, workshop organization, and staff discipline.
- Support management in improving production efficiency, productivity, and cost control; perform other assigned production-related duties.
Requirements and qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in production supervision.
- Experience in signage, advertising, interior fit-out, kiosk manufacturing, or fabrication is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of signage manufacturing, acrylic works, metal fabrication, carpentry, and finishing processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and production specifications; knowledge of materials, machinery, and fabrication techniques.
- Strong experience in manpower management, production planning, and workshop supervision; ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills; basic computer and reporting skills.
- UAE driving licence required.
- Hands-on workshop and production management experience and ability to manage blue-collar teams effectively.
- Current UAE availability and immediate joining are preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,000–5,000 per month.
