Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead the HR function and develop HR strategies, policies, and processes.
• Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning, with a focus on blue-collar recruitment.
• Manage recruitment from sourcing and interviews through selection and onboarding; maintain agency and job-portal channels.
• Manage employee relations, performance, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE requirements, and company policies.
• Manage employee records, visa and work permit coordination, insurance, and HR administration.
• Support engagement, retention, and workforce development; coordinate manpower planning with Operations, Production, Projects, and Management.
• Own HR issues and provide timely, practical solutions.

Candidate requirements

• At least 4 years of HR experience in the UAE and proven blue-collar recruitment and workforce management experience.
• Strong talent acquisition and recruitment strategy experience; strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.
• Experience in fit-out, signage, advertising, graphics, manufacturing, construction, or a related industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and take ownership.
• Experience managing a diverse workforce and coordinating with recruitment agencies and external service providers.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory; candidates based in the UAE are preferred.

Pay

• AED 3,000–7,000 per month.
