- ملخص الوظيفة:
- يكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولاً عن تحقيق أهداف المبيعات من خلال التواصل المباشر مع العملاء، وتقديم المنتجات العقارية بطريقة احترافية تجذب العملاء وتلبي احتياجاتهم. كما يجب أن يمتلك مهارات قوية في الإقناع والتفاوض، وشغفًا بتحقيق النتائج وبناء العلاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء.
- المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والسنوية.
- بناء علاقات قوية ومستدامة مع العملاء الجدد والحاليين.
- عرض المشاريع العقارية بطريقة مهنية وجذابة.
- متابعة العملاء المحتملين وتحويلهم إلى عملاء فعليين.
- تقديم تقارير دورية عن نتائج المبيعات وملاحظات السوق.
- التعاون مع فريق التسويق لضمان توافق الحملات مع أهداف المبيعات.
- المساهمة في تطوير استراتيجيات البيع وتحسين تجربة العملاء.
- المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 1 سنة في مجال المبيعات المباشرة أو العقار.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والعرض والإقناع.
- إجادة استخدام أدوات المبيعات وتقنيات إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM).
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق الأهداف.
- اللباقة والاحترافية في التعامل مع العملاء.
- المهارات الأساسية:
- مهارات تفاوض عالية.
- التركيز على العميل وتحقيق الرضا.
- التنظيم وإدارة الوقت بفعالية.

Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets through
direct client interaction
and presenting real estate products in a professional and appealing manner that meets clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Present real estate projects professionally and attractively.

- Prepare periodic sales reports and market feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives.

Qualifications
- Minimum
- 1 year of experience
- in direct sales or real estate.
- Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems.
