Role Overview

The Tax Sales Consultant will be responsible for generating new business by identifying companies requiring tax and accounting services, meeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and converting opportunities into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage company-generated leads and client enquiries.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable tax and accounting solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations (online and in person).
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
  • Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales updates.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Stay updated on UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and related compliance services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in tax, accounting, business setup, banking, or professional services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Client-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities.
  • Target-driven with strong sales and closing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
