Role Overview

We are looking for a client-focused, sales-driven, and highly organized Relationship Manager to promote, sell, and manage Smart Zone's concierge and business support services.

This role combines sales, relationship management, and service coordination, ensuring clients receive a seamless experience from the initial consultation through to successful service completion.

The ideal candidate is passionate about building long-term client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering exceptional post-sale support while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely execution of every service.

Sales & Business Development

  • Actively promote and sell Smart Zone's concierge and business support services to new and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable services and solutions.
  • Follow up on leads, convert inquiries into sales, and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate client records, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM.

Client Relationship & Service Coordination

  • Manage clients from onboarding through successful completion of the services purchased.
  • Collect, review, and verify all required documents for processing.
  • Coordinate appointments for medical examinations, biometrics, Emirates ID, embassy visits, and other government-related requirements.
  • Liaise with internal teams, PROs, and external partners to ensure services are completed efficiently and within agreed timelines.
  • Track service progress and proactively update clients throughout each stage of the process.
  • Handle client inquiries professionally while managing expectations and ensuring a premium customer experience.
  • Ensure all purchased services are delivered accurately, promptly, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Accompany clients to external appointments when required.

Services To Promote & Manage

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting, selling, coordinating, and managing Smart Zone's full range of concierge and business support services, including but not limited to:
  • Golden Visa
  • Employment Visa
  • PRO Services (Emirates ID, visa applications and renewals, trade license renewals, government transactions, etc.)
  • Document Attestation & Legalization (MOFA, embassies, notary public, etc.)

• Trademark Registration & Intellectual Property Support

  • Office Setup, Virtual Office & Mail Management

• Business Licensing & Corporate Documentation

  • Other value-added corporate, immigration, and concierge services offered by Smart Zone.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, relationship management, concierge services, customer service, or client operations within the UAE.
  • Previous experience in business setup, immigration, PRO services, corporate services, or hospitality is an advantage.
  • Strong sales mindset with proven ability to close deals, upsell, and cross-sell services.
  • Good understanding of UAE immigration procedures, ICP, MOHRE, visa processing, and document attestation processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong coordination, follow-up, and time management abilities.
  • Client-focused with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience using CRM systems and document tracking tools.
  • Professional presentation and willingness to attend external client appointments when required.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
