About This Role
We are seeking a highly driven, commercially minded, and well-connected Arabic speaking Regional Sales & Alliances Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives across the UAE and/or Saudi Arabia. This is a high-impact role focused on driving new business, building strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and accelerating revenue growth across the region.
The ideal candidate is a strong relationship-builder with deep regional market knowledge, an established professional network, and a proven ability to open doors and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. You will play a critical role in positioning the company as a trusted partner across enterprise and government ecosystems within the rapidly evolving technology and digital transformation landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and strategic growth initiatives across priority sectors in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic alliances, channel partnerships, and key commercial relationships across the region.
- Proactively source and acquire new clients through networking, outbound engagement, referrals, and industry relationships.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities across enterprise and government accounts.
- Own the full business development lifecycle including prospecting, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, decision-makers, and C-level executives.
- Collaborate closely with consulting, technical, and leadership teams to create tailored, value-driven solutions aligned with client needs.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, executive meetings, and strategic forums to increase market visibility and strengthen brand positioning.
- Support regional go-to-market strategies and identify emerging market opportunities within AI, cloud, data, and digital transformation sectors.
- Track market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to inform business strategy and growth priorities.
- Drive brand awareness and establish a strong market presence across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
- Contribute to regional expansion initiatives and help shape long-term commercial strategy across MENA.
Requirements
- Based in Saudi Arabia or the UAE, with strong and demonstrable business activity across the region.
- Established professional network within KSA and/or UAE across enterprise, government, or technology ecosystems.
- Fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
- Broader MENA market exposure and regional relationship network strongly preferred.
- Strong ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
- Highly commercial mindset with a proactive, hunter-style approach to business development.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced growth environment.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, sales, or pre-sales roles.
- Background within consulting, technology, AI, cloud, SaaS, digital transformation, or data-driven solutions.
- Proven track record of generating pipeline, driving commercial growth, and closing strategic deals.
- Experience working with enterprise clients, government entities, or large regional organizations is highly preferred.
