- We have an opening for Sales / Business Development Manager based in the UAE.
- Below is the JD for this position.
- The selected candidate shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Developing and growing sales of pressure vessel components — dished ends, rolled shells, cones, expansion bellows and explosion-bonded clad plates — across the UAE and wider GCC
- Building and maintaining relationships with EPCs, fabricators, OEMs and end users in oil & gas, petrochemical and power sectors
- Identifying and pursuing new enquiries, tenders and business opportunities in the region
- Co-ordinating with the India head office — estimation, projects, QA and logistics — for quotations, order execution and deliveries
- Tracking market intelligence, competitor activity and customer requirements
- Representing ICEM at client meetings, site visits and industry events / exhibitions
- Achieving agreed sales targets and maintaining regular reporting
/ Competencies Required
- Existing network within the GCC oil & gas, fabrication or static-equipment space
- Understanding of pressure vessel components and how EPCs and end users buy them
- Strong technical-commercial selling ability — able to carry a technical conversation and close a commercial one
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and capable of taking independent decisions
Qualification & Working
1.
Qualification – BE Mechanical (preferred) with 5+ years of relevant sales / BD experience in pressure vessels, static equipment or heavy engineering
2.
Job location – UAE (candidate must be based in the UAE)
3.
Valid UAE residence visa / right to work
4.
Salary
– as per market / industry standards
5.
Preference for candidates with established relationships across the GCC
