We are hiring a Sales & Business Development Manager to join the Don Mosbeh team in Dubai 🐅
This is a unique role built for someone who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, and driving business growth.
You will work directly with us across our global advisory, speaking, and business ecosystem.
What you will do
- Identify new leads, build strategic relationships, and generate business opportunities.
- Conduct introductory sales conversations and support deal development.
- Represent our brands at conferences, networking events, and business communities.
- Build partnerships and help expand our global network.
- Support client communication and follow-up activities.
- Who we are looking for:
- You are proactive and take ownership without being asked.
- You are confident speaking with founders, executives, and decision-makers.
- You are hungry for growth and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- You have strong communication skills in English and Russian.
