About This Role

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional **Sales & Business Development Executive** to join our growing team specializing in maintenance, renovation, fit-out, and landscaping services across residential, commercial, and corporate sectors.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s client base, generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

This position requires a proactive individual with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of the construction and maintenance industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the maintenance, renovation, fit-out, and landscaping sectors
  • Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, client meetings, site visits, referrals, and business development activities
  • Prepare professional quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to client requirements
  • Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate effectively to achieve successful project conversions
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and property management companies
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities
  • Coordinate closely with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and high levels of client satisfaction
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, quotations, and project updates
  • Represent the company professionally during meetings, site inspections, and client presentations

& Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and business development within maintenance, fit-out, renovation, landscaping, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of residential and commercial project requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and achieve targets within deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • UAE market experience is highly preferred
  • Valid UAE driving license is considered an advantage
