Business Development Executive - Dubai
We’re hiring Business Development Executives to join a global financial services group headquartered in Dubai.
If you’re confident on the phone, sharp in person, and know that good sales is about staying consistent, this role is for you.

Role Profile
- You’ll spend your days talking to people interested in our services over the phone and in person.
- The work involves building trust, following up, and turning curious leads into long-term clients.
- What you’ll do
- Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls and prospect new leads daily
- Run in-person meetings and client presentations
- Build and manage your own pipeline
- Keep the CRM clean and follow up properly
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
- Hit monthly sales and revenue targets
- What you bring
- Experience of minimum 6 months to 1 year (UAE)
- Experience in sales, telecalling, business development, customer service or client-facing roles
- Strong communication - clear on calls, confident face-to-face
- Discipline to handle pressure and stay consistent with follow-ups
- Background in Brokerage, Banking, Insurance, or Fintech is a plus
- English and Hindi or Arabic speakers preferred
