Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

- Assist in inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
- Generate sales reports and provide feedback to the sales team.
