About This Role

Key Responsibilities Sales driven in line with ALAÏA commercial strategy and sales ceremony

  • Reaching monthly store targets with the team.
  • Increasing average basket in quantity and value (UPT, ATV).
  • Developing cross-selling.
  • Knowing RTW and Accessories construction and vocabulary.

Client Service Excellence

  • Bringing to life the ALAÏA customer experience.
  • Representing with the highest standards and promoting ALAÏA’s name and image inside the Boutique.
  • Welcoming Client, in the Boutique, over the phone, by e-mail, according to ALAÏA guidance and standards.
  • Developing the client book and updating the customer database.
  • Developing Client loyalty through excellent service and Treatment.
  • Reinforcing clientele relationships with consistent follow up.

Boutique Operations and Visual Merchandising

  • Taking part actively in team meetings, events, annual inventory counts and all daily operations as required.
  • Respecting and ensuring the highest standards of the displays in line with the Boutique guidance.
  • Ensuring a constant Boutique cleanliness and tidiness.
  • Respecting and applying security rules and mindset.

Brand Ambassador

  • Maintaining excellent level of product knowledge, understanding products and trends, collections.
  • Following the ALAÏA Grooming.
  • Working closely with partners and teams.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Professional experience gained from luxury retail experience.
  • Excellent high Client Treatment standards.
  • Team player with excellent inter-personal skills.
  • Multi-tasker.
