Overview

  • Engage customers with personalized service, understanding their needs and recommending jewelry pieces that align with their preferences.
  • Drive sales by promoting collections, upselling, and meeting monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of jewelry products, including materials (gold, diamonds, gemstones), craftsmanship, and brand heritage.
  • Ensure the store s visual merchandising standards are upheld, including displays and inventory presentation.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
  • Build long-term client relationships to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.

What We Re Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in jewelry or luxury retail sales, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Knowledge of jewelry products (e.g., diamonds, gold, gemstones) and industry trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-person retail environment in Saudi Arabia.
  • Fluency in Arabic & English.
  • Passion for luxury retail and a commitment to representing a prestigious brand.
