Overview
We are looking for a highly connected and entrepreneurial Community & Partnerships Manager to serve as the face of our coworking and innovation community within the Saudi startup ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and bringing communities together.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, managing strategic partnerships, representing the brand, and organizing impactful events that strengthen our presence within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company and act as a brand ambassador across the startup and entrepreneurial community.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, startups, investors, accelerators, incubators, and ecosystem partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, memberships, and strategic partnerships.
- Drive community engagement initiatives to increase member satisfaction and retention.
- Plan, coordinate, and host networking events, workshops, and community activities.
- Collaborate with partners and sponsors to create valuable experiences for members.
- Attend industry events and actively promote the brand within the market.
- Support marketing and content initiatives by leveraging community insights and success stories.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a best-in-class member experience.
- Track partnership opportunities and contribute to revenue growth initiatives.
