Mission

Customer sales and solutions

• Manage complex prospective customer relationships and connect with relevant decision-makers and influencers.
• Set objectives for sales calls, tailor presentations, analyze customer information, and agree customer requirements.
• Configure solutions and contract terms for customer needs, draw on internal specialists, and negotiate within commercial parameters.
• Review or authorize non-standard team proposals and escalate issues when necessary.

Commercial and contract management

• Build a professional network and represent the organization at industry events to gather market intelligence and enhance visibility.
• Manage pricing and terms projects and negotiate with strategic external partners.
• Monitor assigned business performance metrics and alignment with financial objectives.
• Manage a contract portfolio and service-level agreements, planning and supervising major contract activities.

Systems, compliance, and development

• Oversee CRM implementation and maintenance in the area of responsibility and communicate opportunities for system improvement.
• Implement and control compliance management for assigned external partners.
• Develop product education courses to address identified needs.
• Act as a subject-matter expert in technology, policy, regulation, or operational management; maintain accreditations and current industry knowledge through continuing development.

Qualifications and experience

• Master’s degree or equivalent level of education.
• Extensive experience enabling the job holder to handle most situations and advise others.
• Experience in general supervision of more junior colleagues.
• Maintain external accreditations and current knowledge of applicable regulation and industry best practices through continuing professional development.
