Working Pattern
- The role is 20 hours per week and includes some weekend working.
- The role does not require late evening work and includes three days off over Christmas.
Pay
- Employees aged 21 and above receive £13.35 per hour plus personal sales commission.
- Employees aged 20 and below receive £11.39 per hour plus personal sales commission.

Key Responsibilities
- Build long-standing relationships with regular trade customers.
- Use creativity to inspire customers with design and style choices.
- Develop product knowledge and advise trade and retail customers.
- Support customers while helping drive store revenue.
- Lift and handle boxes of tiles as part of store work.
What You Need
- Be outgoing, friendly, and positive when working with customers.
- Be willing and able to lift heavy boxes of tiles.
- Previous tile or retail knowledge is not required.
