Part-time Sales Assistant role working 20 hours per week, including some weekend working.
The role is based in a Topps Tiles retail store and focuses on consultative customer service and sales.

What you will be doing
- Build long-standing relationships with regular trade and retail customers through a consultative sales approach.
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and confidently recommend suitable products.
- Use creativity to inspire customers with colour, style, layout and design ideas.
- Drive sales through expert product knowledge.
- Close sales confidently and maximise every opportunity.
What you will need
- An outgoing, friendly and energetic approach.
- Comfort lifting heavy boxes as part of the work carried out in stores.
- No previous tile or retail experience is required because training is provided.
- Availability for 20 hours per week, including some weekend working.
Pay and commission
- Pay is stated at an hourly rate, with different rates listed for workers aged 21 and above and workers aged 20 and below.
- Personal sales commission is available in addition to hourly pay.
