Hours
- The role is part-time at 30 hours per week and includes some weekend working.
Pay and Commission
- Employees aged 21 and above are offered £13.35 per hour plus personal sales commission.
- Employees aged 20 and below are offered £11.39 per hour plus personal sales commission.

The Sales Assistant helps customers visualise tiling projects and choose suitable products.
The role combines customer service, sales, product advice, and revenue generation in a small store team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build long-standing relationships with regular trade customers.
- Use creativity to inspire customers with design and style choices.
- Develop product knowledge and advise trade and retail customers on suitable products.
- Support store sales and earn commission on sales assisted in store.
- Handle tile boxes as part of the work carried out in the store.
Candidate Profile
- Be outgoing, friendly, and positive.
- Be willing to learn about tiles and develop product knowledge.
- Be able to lift heavy boxes of tiles due to store health and safety requirements.
- Previous tile or retail experience is not required.
