Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing Lead to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis at our Riyadh headquarters.

The incumbent will lead sales and marketing efforts, oversee sales initiatives, manage customer relationships, and execute effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing sales plans, mentoring and training the sales team, delivering outstanding customer service, and driving marketing campaigns to increase market reach and brand recognition.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients as well as internal teams efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to implement and execute strategic sales initiatives.
  • Experience in providing Training and guidance to sales teams to enhance their performance and outcomes.
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Prior experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
