Sales and Marketing Executive – Female (Internship – Field Sales & Awareness Campaigns)

About This Role

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Client Acquisition Associate to join us immediately on a commission-based model. This is a hands-on, high-energy role, you will be doing LinkedIn outreach, door-to-door field marketing across Dubai, managing our CRM, and running social media campaigns across LinkedIn, X, and WhatsApp to bring in new SME clients for our finance and CFO services.

You work directly with founder,on-site, five days a week. From Day 1 you are earning commission on every client you bring in, with a clear path to a paid role for strong performers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Outreach

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients across key sectors (SMEs, startups, corporates).
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups alongside senior executives.
• Help prepare customized sales proposals and reports.

Marketing & Promotion

• Support digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
• Assist in creating marketing materials, email campaigns, and content calendars.
• Participate in brand promotion activities, events, and exhibitions.

Field Marketing & Walk-in Visits

• Conduct walk-in visits to corporate offices, retail shops, warehouses, commercial buildings, and other business areas to introduce Infoaccts.
• Distribute brochures, business cards, and flyers to decision-makers and office staff.
• Engage with prospects directly to explain the services offered, such as accounting, financial consulting, taxation, and business advisory and software integration.

Lead Generation

• Collect business cards, contact information, and key interest points from potential clients.
• Record all visits, interactions, and feedback for follow-up by the sales or operations team.
• Maintain a daily log of visits made, leads collected, and locations covered.

Awareness Building

• Represent the brand professionally and confidently in public spaces, expos, networking events, and business communities.
• Support door-to-door outreach campaigns in key business zones in Dubai and Sharjah.

Team Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with the sales and strategy team for targeted visit plans.
• Share daily/weekly performance updates with the supervisor.
• Suggest improvements based on field feedback to optimize future outreach.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Female candidate, preferably based in Dubai.
• Graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable with fieldwork.
• Good presentation skills and ability to engage strangers confidently.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).
• Driving license is an advantage but not mandatory.
