We are Infoaccts , a growing outsourced finance and accounting firm in the UAE, part of the Copper & Capital holding . We are also building NeuroxLedger, an AI finance platform for SMEs. We are looking for one driven fresh graduate or final-year student who wants real startup experience, not an internship where you make coffee and send emails. You will work directly with the founder and own LinkedIn as a sales and growth channel from day one.
This role is built for someone who has no experience but wants to build it fast. You will learn sales, LinkedIn strategy, B2B outreach, content, and founder-level thinking on the job. What you earn beyond the stipend is entirely up to how hard and smart you work, commissions are real and uncapped.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manage the founder's LinkedIn profile and the Infoaccts company page - daily posts, comments, and DMs
Research and reach out to potential clients on LinkedIn — founders, finance managers, and SME owners — using scripts and strategies we build together
Track all outreach activity in a simple CRM - connections sent, replies, follow-ups, and leads generated
Draft content for the LinkedIn content calendar — posts, carousels, and short-form finance insights — in the founder's voice
Engage with posts, comments, and communities to grow the brand's organic reach
Research potential referral partners, collaborators, and events relevant to our network
Report weekly: what worked, what did not, and what you plan to do differently
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Fresh graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field
Strong written English , clear, direct, and human — not corporate copy-paste
Active LinkedIn user who understands how the platform works, even if you have not used it professionally
Comfortable talking to people, following up, and handling rejection without giving up
No finance background needed — curiosity and willingness to learn is enough
Based in Dubai or Sharjah — this is a fully in-person role
A genuine desire to grow inside a startup and take on more as trust is built
