About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Brand Promoter & Office Associate to represent our company at events, exhibitions, and community activations, while also supporting the managment in day-to-day coordination.

This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role where you’ll be the face of the brand and work closely with leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Promotion & Events

• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and campaigns
• Engage with visitors, explain services, and generate leads
• Create a strong first impression and build brand presence
• Support marketing activities and on-ground activations

Networking & Outreach

• Interact with business owners, professionals, and potential clients
• Build connections and direct leads to the sales team
• Assist in organizing and executing community events

Office Support (Personal Assistant Role)

• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and daily priorities
• Assist during client meetings and business discussions
• Handle follow-ups and basic coordination tasks
• Work closely with the Managment on day-to-day operations

Who You Are

• Confident, presentable, and comfortable interacting with people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic personality with a “go-to-market” mindset
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and events
• Organized and able to multitask between fieldwork and coordination
• Prior experience in events, promotions, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Based in UAE and familiar with local business culture

Compensation

• AED 3,000 /-
• Performance-based incentives (leads, conversions, event success)
