Job Description:
WELL MARK Interior Design is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive with experience in ceiling and partition works to expand our client base in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, securing projects, and maintaining strong relationships with contractors and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in ceiling and partition works
- Meet contractors, consultants, and clients to promote company services
- Generate inquiries for gypsum ceilings, mineral fibre ceilings, drywall partitions, and related works
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with estimation and project teams for smooth execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out / ceiling & partition works
- Strong network with contractors and consultants in UAE
- Good knowledge of gypsum, mineral fibre, and partition systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Self-motivated and target-driven
