About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-oriented, and sales-driven individual to join our team as a **Customer Service & Sales Representative**.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, concerns, support, and sales-related requirements.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure excellent customer experiences, build long-term customer relationships, and identify sales opportunities by delivering professional service and effective product/service guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate product/service information, address concerns, and resolve customer issues.
- Handle sales inquiries and convert potential leads into customers.
- Promote company products and services to new and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or service solutions.
- Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers to support sales conversion.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, or service information as required.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and customer requests accurately.
- Manage customer complaints with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Offer guidance and support to customers, ensuring they understand product/service features and benefits.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled on time.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher management when needed.
- Stay updated on company products, services, pricing, and policies to provide relevant information to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any pending issues.
- Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, issue resolution, lead conversion, and sales targets.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working on ADNOC and TAQA-related projects with strong understanding of client coordination, documentation, and service support requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, telesales, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, phone systems, and other tools.
- Positive attitude with a passion for helping customers and achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Own visa is a plus.
