About This Role
Sales and Marketing Assistant
A Sales and Marketing Assistant supports the sales and marketing teams by helping promote products/services, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting with campaigns to increase company revenue and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and proposals
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM systems)
Follow up with clients on inquiries and orders
Process sales orders and track deliveries
Prepare sales reports and performance data
Marketing Support
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
Manage social media accounts and post content regularly
Help create marketing materials (flyers, brochures, emails)
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Support promotional events and exhibitions
Administrative Duties
Handle emails, calls, and customer inquiries
Schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain records and documentation
Coordinate between departments (sales, logistics, finance)
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles
Good organizational and multitasking ability
Creativity for marketing ideas and content
Attention to detail and accuracy
Computer skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with social media platforms
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
1–2 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferred)
Freshers may be considered for junior roles.
