The full-time, office-based role promotes inspection and safety training services and develops client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to promote services to corporate and industrial clients.
- Generate leads, convert inquiries, respond to customers by phone and email, and follow up on quotations.
- Negotiate and close sales while building relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM or database.
- Use CRM and marketing systems to manage leads, track activity, and support campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal departments and support business-development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, telemarketing, customer service, or business development.
- Corporate sales experience is mandatory; retail sales experience alone is not sufficient.
- Fluency in English and a valid UAE driving licence are required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; good Microsoft Office knowledge; strong organization and time management.
- Experience in safety training, third-party inspection, lifting or fall-protection equipment, construction, industrial services, or HSE-related industries is an advantage.
Workplace
- Full-time, in-person work in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500–7,000 per month.
