Noor Safety Consultants LLC seeks a motivated Business Development Executive for a full-time, office-based role in Abu Dhabi.
The role generates business for the company's inspection and safety training services and builds client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to promote services, generate leads, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, and follow up on quotations.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM or database.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support customer service and assist with marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification and at least 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, telemarketing, customer service, or business development.
- Corporate/B2B sales experience is required; retail sales applicants will not be considered.
- Experience in safety training, third-party inspection, lifting or fall protection equipment, construction, industrial services, or HSE-related industries is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; good Microsoft Office knowledge; strong organization and time management; fluency in English.
- The driving-license requirement is inconsistent: the description says a valid UAE license is mandatory but later labels it preferred.

Noor Safety provides safety training, third-party inspection, and OSHMS/EHSMS compliance audit services in the UAE.
The company states it is accredited by EIAC and ENAS as a Type A Independent Inspection Body under ISO/IEC 17020.

Pay
- Pay is AED 2,500–7,000 per month.
