Instruct training courses and assess delegate competence.
Develop and update course materials to meet course standards.
Support instructor education and training, company values, and professional customer service.
Duties
- Participate as an instructor, support instructor, or role player on courses.
- Prepare courses, resources, and classroom setups.
- Maintain practical-exercise equipment and materials according to maintenance schedules and course standards.
- Support management, administration, and commercial requests and decisions.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree.
- Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent professional certificate in health and safety, IOSH, NEBOSH, ISO, or a related area.
- Train the Trainer qualification.
- Two years of HSE training delivery experience is required.
- English and Hindi or Urdu language ability.
Pay
- AED 3,000–15,000 per month.
Work location
- In-person work for the Dubai and Abu Dhabi branches.
