Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable property investment and residential opportunities
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional real estate consultations
- Perform market research, property evaluations, and comparative market analysis
- Negotiate offers and successfully close sales and leasing transactions
- Ensure compliance with all UAE real estate regulations and company standards
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Abu Dhabi and UAE property market trends
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of UAE real estate sales experience (Abu Dhabi market experience preferred)
- Abu Dhabi Broker License Number (BLN) is preferred or willingness to obtain one
- Valid UAE driving license
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market
- Customer-focused with a professional and results-driven attitude
- Fluency in English is required
- Arabic and additional languages are considered an advantage
- Open to both male and female candidates
