Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Sales and Marketing Specialist.
The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to promote our cleaning and maintenance services.
Responsibilities
include building relationships with prospective and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, conducting market research, delivering training sessions for staff, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals.
Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to maintain professional relationships
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets
- Experience in Training and supporting teams to achieve shared goals effectively
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, dynamic environment in Dubai
- Working knowledge of the cleaning and maintenance industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
- Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset
