We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support sales planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and business growth initiatives through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer behavior, and business data to support decision-making
- Develop sales forecasts, demand planning models, and performance reports to support business objectives
- Monitor sales KPIs, revenue performance, and business trends, identifying opportunities and risks
- Prepare dashboards, presentations, and analytical reports for management review
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business performance assessments
- Support budgeting, sales planning, target setting, and forecasting activities
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain reporting tools, databases, and performance tracking systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support commercial initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Analysis, Business Analytics, Commercial Planning, Forecasting, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Lookups, dashboards, and forecasting models
- Experience in sales forecasting, demand planning, budgeting, trend analysis, and performance reporting
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other business intelligence and data visualization tools is highly preferred
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent command of English and Arabic
