We are looking for an experienced professional to lead governance and compliance initiatives, ensure adherence to licensing requirements and drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and compliance programs.
- Monitor compliance requirements, conduct assessments, and support audit activities.
- Identify compliance gaps and drive corrective actions and process improvements.
- Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of governance and compliance requirements.
- Promote compliance awareness and support regulatory and certification initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Governance, Compliance, Audit, Risk Management, or Legal Affairs.
- Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, policy development, and compliance monitoring.
- Experience in audits, compliance assessments, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Professional certifications in Governance, Compliance, Audit, or Risk Management are preferred.
- Experience in franchising, licensing, retail, hospitality, or multi-site organizations is highly preferred.
- Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
