We are looking for an experienced IT Operation Supervisor to support and manage IT infrastructure operations, ensuring system availability, operational efficiency, and reliable technical support across business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage daily IT infrastructure operations and technical support activities
- Troubleshoot network issues and ensure smooth connectivity across systems and devices
- Administer Windows/Linux systems and support cloud service environments
- Support POS and retail technology operations across branches and operational sites
- Monitor IT systems using monitoring tools and ensure timely incident resolution
- Provide hardware and software support while maintaining operational continuity
- Support cybersecurity practices, system updates, and IT operational compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure service reliability and issue resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure support
- Hands-on experience in network troubleshooting, Windows/Linux administration, and IT monitoring tools
- Knowledge of cloud services, POS systems, and retail technology support
- Good understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and operational support processes
- Strong leadership, team coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
