Overview

We are seeking a POS Systems Supervisor to manage POS applications, integrations, and operational support while ensuring system stability, data accuracy, and an excellent user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the overall POS application environment, including system upgrades, enhancements, configuration updates, and release activities, while coordinating closely with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and monitor integrations between POS platforms and external systems, including online delivery aggregators, self-service kiosks, loyalty platforms, payment gateways, and other digital sales channels.
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of sales transactions and financial data across the POS ecosystem.
  • Provide first-line analysis and support for system incident management, root cause analysis, and implementation of permanent corrective actions for system defects, recurring issues, and operational disruptions.
  • Coordinate with vendors, support partners, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of critical incidents and service requests in line with agreed service levels.
  • Validate and reconcile system-generated reports, ensuring consistency and alignment with ERP, finance, and business reporting requirements.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive system documentation, process flows, configuration standards, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational IT governance, security policies, data protection standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize POS processes, enhance user experience, and improve operational efficiency across retail and restaurant operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in POS systems management (Restaurant and QSR industry preferred).
  • Familiarity with ERP, online sales platforms, and financial system integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage projects and deliver enhancements on time.
  • Attention to detail with strong focus on data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and coordination with cross-functional teams.
