How the team works

• The posting specifies an assigned workspace in the Knaresborough office and company-issued equipment.

Role responsibilities

• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reporting; clean, analyze, and present data in Excel.
• Support Salesforce reports and dashboards and help sales teams use CRM data for pipeline, activity, and performance management.
• Use Tableau and basic SQL to explore data and answer commercial questions; support forecasting, pipeline, and activity analysis.
• Identify trends, data-quality issues, and sales-process improvements; translate findings into practical insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Sales Managers, Finance, Marketing, and Operations and own assigned reporting and improvement activities.

Qualifications and skills

• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and charts; sound Salesforce knowledge for reporting, dashboards, pipeline, and activity tracking.
• Foundational Tableau and SQL knowledge for basic analysis, with willingness to develop further.
• Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, logical problem-solving, communication, organization, and time management.
• Sales, customer-facing, or performance-driven experience, or a genuine interest in commercial operations.
• A relevant degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience is preferred but not essential.
• AWS or cloud-data-platform interest is desirable; interest in responsible use of AI tools, including ChatGPT, is requested.
