Sales Agent

What You’ll Do:
· Handle inbound customer enquiries about broadband services
· Provide compliant, informative, and solutions-based advice
· Convert interest into qualified sales leads
· Hit and exceed weekly/monthly targets
· Report and track performance against key KPIs
· Maintain high standards of customer experience and compliance
· Proactively identify new business opportunities and upsell where appropriate
What We’re Looking For:
· Minimum 1 year experience in telesales, retail sales, or a similar role
· Strong communication and persuasion skills
· A resilient and goal-driven attitude
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced sales environment
· Team player with a positive and proactive approach
· Passion for delivering excellent service and hitting targets
Hours: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 08:00 PM (48 hours/week)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in a sales or customer-focused role
Office base role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
