What You’ll Do:
- Handle ready & hot leads and convert them into deals
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Understand client needs and offer the best property solutions
- Build long-term client relationships
- Negotiate and successfully close deals
Who We’re Looking For:
- Freshers who are confident, presentable, and eager to learn
- Experienced real estate agents or sales professionals
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Target-driven mindset with a passion to earn more
- Candidates currently based in UAE preferred
Compensation:
- Basic Salary OR Salary + Commission (based on experience)
- Uncapped commission structure
- Performance-based incentives & bonuses
