Role Overview
As an Off-Plan Property + Secondary sales agent, you will be the face of our flagship developments, guiding clients through exclusive project launches and premium investment opportunities.
You will connect buyers and investors with high-potential off-plan properties while building strong, long-term client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Present and promote exclusive off-plan property launches with confidence and clarity
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of investors, end-users, and high-net-worth clients
- Create compelling property listings that highlight investment value and lifestyle appeal
- Stay ahead of market trends, new project releases, and developer updates
- Conduct professional client consultations and tailored property recommendations
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a seamless client experience
- Coordinate with internal teams for booking forms, contracts, and documentation
- Deliver exceptional client service from inquiry to handover stage
- Maintain strong follow-up systems to convert leads into successful transactions
