Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Agent role based in Abu Dhabi.

The Sales Agent will actively prospect and qualify leads, conduct property viewings, and manage the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing.

Responsibilities

include understanding client needs, presenting suitable properties, negotiating terms, and preparing necessary documentation in line with company and regulatory requirements.

The Sales Agent will provide ongoing client support, build long-term relationships, and consistently work toward individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, with the ability to present properties and negotiate effectively with diverse clients.
  • Proven Customer Service and client relationship skills, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and a consultative approach.
  • Demonstrated Sales experience, ideally in real estate or high-value products, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with real estate is an advantage.
  • Experience in Training or mentoring peers is beneficial, particularly in sharing best practices and supporting team performance.
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, regulations, and property transaction processes is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site, manage a dynamic schedule, and conduct property visits across UAE.
  • Relevant certification or license in real estate, or willingness to obtain one, is an asset.
