Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of Dubai real estate experience
- Off-plan sales experience is a strong advantage
- Strong knowledge of developers, project launches, payment plans, and investment opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Active on social media and professionally presentable
- Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily buyer and investor leads
- Promote off-plan and secondary market properties
- Maintain CRM and follow-up pipeline
- Convert leads into successful transactions
