Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Sales Agent** to handle clients interested in **international property investments**.
The ideal candidate should have experience in **Real Estate sales** and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of **international property investors**
- Promote and sell overseas residential and commercial real estate projects
- Conduct client consultations, property presentations, and follow-ups
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing channels
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide end-to-end sales support
Requirements
- Minimum **1 year of real estate sales experience**
- Experience dealing with overseas investors is preferred
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
