We are looking for ambitious and results-driven **Sales Agents** to join our growing team in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct property viewings and sales presentations
- Negotiate and close deals successfully
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Previous sales experience preferred (real estate experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- UAE driving license is a plus
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
