The Sales Administrator manages day-to-day sales operations, global partner coordination, and supply chain and warehouse processes.
The role supports cross-functional operations and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Process customer sales orders and invoices and resolve order issues with Sales teams and managers.
- Coordinate with global distributors and sales partners; prepare purchase orders for in-house transactions.
- Work with Supply Chain and Production teams in France on inventory planning and replenishment.
- Coordinate with head office and warehouse colleagues on packing goods and preparing shipments.
- Coordinate logistics and shipping to meet global delivery timelines.
- Monitor stock levels and partner with 3PL providers to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Use ERP systems for data management, reporting, and process optimization; analyze sales data with Excel.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams on operational workflows.
Profile and competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in sales administration, order management, or supply chain coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365.
- Proficiency in ERP systems; SAP Business By Design is preferred.
- Experience working with international markets.
- Knowledge of logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, and 3PL coordination is desirable.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
