About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Sales Admin Team Leader to join our growing real estate team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the Sales Administration team, handling sales documentation, preparing contracts through ERP systems and manual processes, and ensuring smooth coordination between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Sales Administration team.
- Prepare, review, and process sales contracts through ERP system and manual documentation.
- Ensure accuracy of all sales records, client documents, and contracts.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, CRM, and Legal departments regarding customer transactions.
- Monitor unit reservations, bookings, cancellations, and payment schedules.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for all sales transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
- Support management with reports, sales analysis, and administrative follow-up.
- Train and guide sales admin staff to improve performance and efficiency.
- Handle customer and internal inquiries related to contracts and documentation.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely processing of all sales-related activities.
- Assist in implementing and improving sales administration procedures and workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Administration within Real Estate sector.
- Previous experience in leading or supervising a team is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and manual contract preparation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of real estate sales procedures and documentation in Qatar is preferred.
- Arabic and English language skills are an advantage.
