About This Role

Sales Admin role blends analytical sales, and administrative functions to drive revenue growth, improve customer experience, and support the efficient operation of the business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
  • Track and forecast sales performance against targets and provide actionable insights.
  • Monitor customer feedback and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Assist in pricing analysis and promotional planning.

Sales Support & Coordination:

  • Support the sales team in managing client requirements, follow-ups, and lead tracking.
  • Maintain and update the STMS system with accurate client and sales information.
  • Coordinate with marketing and training departments to align sales campaigns and schedules.

Administrative Duties:

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up on payments.
  • Maintain training participant databases and certification records.
  • Assist in organizing training events, seminars, and workshops.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mussafah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
