Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized **Document Controller** with 2–3 years of experience to manage, maintain, and control company documents and records.

The ideal candidate will ensure that all documentation is accurate, up to date, and properly stored while supporting project teams with document management processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the creation, review, distribution, and filing of project and company documents.
  • Maintain document control registers and tracking logs.
  • Ensure all documents are properly classified, archived, and easily retrievable.
  • Monitor document revisions and maintain version control.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding document submissions and approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with company document management procedures and standards.
  • Prepare regular reports on document status and outstanding submissions.
  • Support audits by providing required documentation and records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Document Controller or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with document management systems (DMS/EDMS) is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
